Terms of Service

Your contract for the food is with Cinnamon. We prepare, sell and (where offered) deliver your order, and we are responsible for the food itself.

Our online ordering is provided by Ordernised, a technology provider. Ordernised operates the website and processes the order on our behalf; it does not sell you the food.

• Prices are shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable.
• A service charge and, for delivery, a delivery fee may apply; both are shown clearly before you pay.
• Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. Payment on arrival is offered where we allow it.
• An order is confirmed once we accept it. Until then it may be declined (for example if an item is unavailable or the kitchen is closed), in which case you are refunded in full.
• Our online prices, minimum order values and offers may differ from our in-store or telephone prices.
• Food photos are illustrative; your dish may differ in appearance.

Because food is prepared fresh to order, orders generally cannot be cancelled once we have accepted them. If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible using the details below and we will put it right. Refunds, where due, are returned to your original payment method.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Allergen and dietary information is shown in the menu's "Allergens & info" section. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please check with us directly before ordering. Recipes and preparation can change, and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination in a working kitchen.

Times shown are estimates, not guarantees, and vary with demand and conditions. For delivery, please make sure the address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the order. Responsibility passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you gave, or collected. If nobody is available after reasonable attempts to contact you, the order may still be charged.

You must be 18 or over to order age-restricted items such as alcohol. We may ask for proof of age on delivery or collection and can refuse the item without it. No refund is due for an age-restricted item refused for this reason.

You agree to give accurate details and not to misuse the service: for example fraudulent orders, abusive behaviour towards our staff or drivers, or attempts to disrupt the site. If you join our loyalty scheme, keep your details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may refuse service or suspend access for breach of these terms.

Where we run a loyalty scheme or promotional offers, stamps, rewards and discounts have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Rewards apply only to orders placed through this site and cannot be combined unless we say so.

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can view the data we hold about you, unsubscribe from marketing, or delete your personal data at any time using the "Manage your personal data" link in the footer of your most recent order confirmation email.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for delays and failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
